An exclusive Club Membership Program has been established to integrate the Port Mayaca Polo Club with Farm Parcels, where every owner will be a Club Member with special privileges and guarantees designed to maintain a long lasting connection and participation with the Port Mayaca Polo Club. Highlights include:

• Each Farm Parcel owner receives the first opportunity to acquire up to 3 greens fees for seasonal polo club play with credit for annual Membership Dues paid.

• A guaranteed cap on increases to Membership Dues at the time of Farm Parcel purchase.

• A guaranteed limit in the number of players per field to maintain superior polo fields and play.

• A guarantee of continued Polo Club operations supported by a refundable membership deposit and a first right to purchase the Club in the event of the Polo Club’s sale or discontinuation.

• Special privileges for Members including availability of Club polo fields for private use and discounts on tournament entry fees.

• Additional Club Amenities including expanded fields, tracks and the construction of a new clubhouse are currently in planning stages.
